Questions about an official Saline County docket, filing, copy, or hearing must go to the clerk or court that holds the matter. This private site cannot act on a case. The routing below identifies the main Circuit Court record counter and the official channels for common record needs.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route each Saline County request according to the record or action involved:

  • Public case information: use Search ARCourts by participant or complete case number
  • Circuit Court copies: contact the Saline County Circuit Clerk and Recorder
  • District Court files: call the Benton, Bryant, Alexander, Bauxite, Haskell, or Shannon Hills department shown on the case
  • A hearing setting: confirm it with the assigned Circuit Court division or District Court department
  • A certified document: name the filing and entry date when ordering from its filing clerk

The main Circuit Court record counter is the Saline County Circuit Clerk and Recorder, 200 North Main Street, Suite 113, Benton, AR 72015. Call 501-303-5615. Published hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. For a District Court case, contact that department instead because the Circuit Clerk cannot certify a lower-court file it does not hold.
